1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 For Training Services
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the training start date to qualify for a full refund.
- If a cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the training start date, only 50% of the training fee will be refunded.
- Once training has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Participants may request to reschedule their training to a later batch, subject to availability and approval.
1.2 For Development Services
- Cancellations for development projects must be requested in writing.
- If the project has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.
- If work has commenced, the refund will be based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be provided once the project has reached 50% completion.
- If a project is canceled due to our inability to deliver as agreed, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 For Training Services
- Refunds for training will only be provided if the cancellation request meets the conditions outlined above.
- If a participant is unable to attend due to medical reasons or emergencies, a refund may be issued upon providing valid documentation.
- If we cancel the training program, all participants will receive a full refund.
2.2 For Development Services
- Refund requests for development services must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.
- If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work on necessary revisions before considering a refund.
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the stage of project completion.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for custom development projects that have been fully completed and delivered as per the agreement.
- Changes in project scope initiated by the client after project commencement are not eligible for a refund.
- Subscription-based services, if applicable, can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
4. General Conditions
- All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or administrative costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
